Labour Mobility, Migration and Women’s Private Sector Employment: An Exploratory Study of Fiji
This consultant's report presents the findings of research seeking to answer the overarching question: how can labor mobility sending governments support increased participation/opportunities for women in the private sector in Fiji? In so doing, it focused on women’s workforce participation in the hospitality, tourism and retail sectors.
